Official Rules for National/Yorgey’s Cleaners Sweepstakes

ELIGIBILITY:

• No Purchase Necessary.
• Open to legal residents of the state of Pennsylvania only.
• Must be 18 years of age to enter.
• Employee’s of National Cleaners, Yorgey’s Fine Cleaning, and it’s parent company Roeberg Enterprises, Inc. and their immediate families including household members, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, corporate sponsors, advertising and personal promotional agencies are not eligible.
• A new sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. on the first day of each month, and ends at 12:00 a.m. midnight on the last day of the month.
• Only one entry per person, per month. Multiple entries will be void.

HOW TO ENTER:

Register to enter National/Yorgey’s Cleaners sweepstakes by completing the online questionaire located at www.nationalcleaners.com/sweepstakes.php or by mailing a postcard entry to the address below. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Entries that do not comply with these official rules in all respects are ineligible and void.

By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to the use of your name for promotional purposes including online announcements without additional compensation. Winners may be required to sign a release form for the use of their photograph and name to be posted on or through the web, printed materials or mailings.

National/Yorgey’s Cleaners shall not be responsible for technical failures, interruption, failure of computer equipment or any error, malfunction, late, lost, or misdirected illegible entries.

ODDS OF WINNING:

Only one Grand Prize of $100 in clothing care services(not redeemable for cash) per month.

The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during entry period (approximately 1 in 450).

Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries submitted during the sweepstakes period.

NOTIFICATION:

If the prize or prize notification is returned undelivered or sponsors cannot contact winners for any reason, prize may be forfeited and and alternate winner selected.

Previous winners will not be eligible to win in future drawings for a minimum period of 6 months.
